To provide comprehensive, inclusive education and training for children with special needs, empowering them to become autonomous, confident, and valued members of society. Through our Vocational Training Institute, we train passionate educators and therapists in specialized fields, while creating accessible learning resources that break down barriers and open doors to opportunities for every child.

At our Vocational Training Institute forSpecial Needs, Inclusion & Mentorship, we offer professional training inSpeech Therapy, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Jolly Phonics, Montessori Education, Craft Work & Creative Skills, and many more specialised programs.
Special Needs Education
We provide personalized education programs designed specifically for children with Down syndrome and other special needs. Our structured approach focuses on developing life skills, academic abilities, and social competencies.
Inclusive Educational Ressources
We develop and distribute comprehensive educational materials designed for inclusive learning environments. Our resources ensure that every child, regardless of ability, can participate fully in education.

Precilia Esah Anyangwa Epse Tabe
Founder & President, NADSCAM
Precilia Esah Anyangwa Epse Tabe is the Founder and President of the National Association for Down Syndrome Cameroon (NADSCAM), an inclusive organization serving children and adults with all forms of disabilities.
Through education, therapy, vocational training, and family support, she leads initiatives that transform lives and strengthen vulnerable families. Precilia works closely with donors and partners to ensure resources are used responsibly to create sustainable, life-changing impact for persons with disabilities in Cameroon.

From Association to Institute
National Association for Down Syndrome Cameroon has given birth to The Institute. What began as an association advocating for children with special needs has now evolved into a comprehensive training institute dedicated to building a generation of skilled, compassionate professionals.
The Vocational Training Institute for Special Needs, Inclusion & Mentorship represents our commitment to not only supporting children, but also empowering the educators, therapists, and specialists who work with them every day.
